Jazzbones builds long-term partnerships with property sector clients.

Branding and design is key with so much competition in the property sector.

Professional branding gives your business the competitive advantage.

If there is one sector that Jazzbones knows inside out it is the property sector, having a wealth of experience working with estate agents, builders, property consultants, developers and housing associations.

A particularly competitive field of the property sector is estate agency and we have provided branding and design for a host of Swindon estate agents including Richard James, Dewhurst & Co, McFarlane, and Charles Harding, among others.

If your estate agency branding isn’t up-to-scratch, you’re not going to earn your audience’s trust. A strong branding strategy gives clients of estate agents the peace of mind they need, whether they’re handing you the keys to their old home or using your services to find somewhere new.

We believe that an estate agent should be more than just a ‘high street office’. It should portray an all-encompassing brand identity that really tells your clients who you are even before they meet and speak to you.

Increasingly, estate agency marketing has moved into the digital arena, but as well as websites, digital media and videos there is still a place for the traditional For Sale boards, brochures, flyers, shop window displays, etc. Luckily, Jazzbones is adept at all of these disciplines.

Over the past year, we have been working closely with Home Finders, who after 10 years under the Richard James umbrella, decided to go back to their roots and relaunch as an independent, boutique Lettings Agency and Estate Agent.

This involved creating a totally new brand identity from scratch that could be rolled out effectively across both digital and traditional media. A core part of the brief was to design a website that not only reflected Home Finders’ premium brand values but also helped them stand out in a very crowded market place.

Our support for Home Finders is ongoing and includes social media management, video production, website content and regular flyers. Essentially, SMEs like Home Finders with no in-house design and communications resources really appreciate having a partner like Jazzbones that they can call upon whenever they need it.

This year we have also been working extensively with two more estate agents, Antony Aslan and Alan Hawkins. The former is a start-up agency with ambitious plans to find its niche in the market for whom we created an eye-catching brand and cross-keys logo and then designed a sleek, contemporary website.

Alan Hawkins is a long-term Jazzbones client who we have been helping to freshen up their marketing and visual communications as they look to cement their reputation as Royal Wootton Bassett’s most trusted estate agent amidst increasing competition.

Away from estate agency, property companies we have worked with include Extension Pro, Austen Dawson Builders, Star Developments, Easymove Worldwide, Young European, Optimum Professional Services (conveyancing solicitor), Whitmarsh Lockhart (commercial property agents) and Keningtons (chartered surveyors).

Wigwam Property News Magazine

Last but definitely not least, Jazzbones are the creators and publishers behind Wigwam Property News, the only website dedicated to Swindon’s property scene, and a big success since it was first launched in 2020. Apart from the website and a heavy social media presence, we have also published ten editions of Wigwam in print, and if we say so ourselves, it’s a thing of beauty.
