Jazzbones film event at London’s world famous Groucho Club for Reuben Digital.

The Jazzbones film team were on hand to capture Reuben Digital’s first event in its Connect Tech Revolution Series, held at The Groucho Club in Soho. The audience consisted of experienced marketers who were looking at new and innovative ways to unlock retail revenues. Arsenal FC, Kate Spade, Pip & Nut, Benugo, Searcys and Dixons Carphone were just some of the big names represented. The guest speaker was Reuben client, Nathan Naylor, Head of Theatre Tokens at Society of London Theatre. Theatre Tokens is a non-profit organisation that drives people to buy theatre tickets across over 260 theatres across the UK. Founded in 1984, they offer a truly pioneering nationwide gift card scheme in the UK.

Jazzbones produced a 3-minute highlight video of the event that includes interviews with Reuben founder and digital solutions expert Ray Stephens and other attendees from Dixons and Benugos along with a 20 minute edit of Nathan's presentation along with social media edits. Nathan Naylor told the audience that West End theatres began accepting theatre tokens online in March 2019 through officiallondontheatre.com and it only took 10 months to reach £1m of theatre tokens transactions through this channel.

The conversations around the table focused on the common challenges with setting up e-gift cards, as well as how to unify and diversify revenue streams. Feedback from all those present included praise for the way the Jazzbones film crew were able to film the event in such an unobtrusive manner.
