Miele’s Trade app delivers updated product info and enhanced dealer support

Jazzbones’ latest project for long-term client Miele is an innovative B2B Trade App which provides the company’s partners with the very latest news and promotional updates across its core product range: Laundry, Cooking, Dishwashing, Refrigeration and Vacuum Cleaners.

Until recently, Miele partners – from John Lewis and Harrods to family retailers on the high street – received their product details in 50-page brochures and other printed materials. These trade items were beautifully produced and a joy to handle – we should know, we designed them! – but they were not exactly cutting edge. Now comprehensive product specs and trade promotional activities can be accessed instantaneously by mobile phone, an innovtive digital format that reflects Miele’s ‘Forever Better’ philosophy.

Miele’s new B2B App means that the multinational’s nationwide partners now have real time information and notifications at their fingertips. The state-of-the-art App is delivered across the main mobile platforms - Android, iOS and Windows - and can be easily managed by Miele’s UK team through Jazzbones’ innovative back-end Content Management System, ‘Reuben’.
