Wigwam, Swindon’s first website dedicated to the local property market, has long been in the planning, and despite some timing issues (obviously no-one saw coronavirus coming), it is almost here.
The website is the brainchild of teenage sisters Mia and Ella Sandhu and their father Nathan, whose keen interest in the property market and studies in geography and branding led them to one big question: how can a borough with a 220,000 population and a near 800,000 catchment area not have its own dedicated property portal.

Resplendent in en vogue millennium pink and with a nod to fashionable home interiors, the Wigwam website has a simple and fresh look and a blogger/influencer feel. Easy navigation will take users around a site with Swindon’s residential and commercial property news of all types; from featured houses and interior design tips to new housing developments, neighbourhood focuses, mortgage offers and lifestyle trends.
Wigwam is aimed at anybody buying, selling or renting a house and anybody who works in the property-related industry: estate agents, property developers, urban planners, legal firms, designers, craftsmen, etc. Among the content will be a comprehensive directory of estate agents from Swindon and the surrounding area. It will feature regular competitions with great prizes, and also offer a range of bespoke advertising and sponsorship packages. Last but very much not least, Wigwam will also be a periodic print magazine.
