Estate agent in Swindon gets brilliant new branding.

Sleek branding and design give Antony Aslan Real Estate high-end identity.

Jazzbones deliver another successful branding and digital project for the property sector.

The estate agent sector in Swindon is a crowded market so when a new player launches it’s vital that the branding is capable of attracting attention while also making a statement in terms of quality and professionalism.

When two young entrepreneurs – one with a background in estate agency, the other a property developer – joined forces to found Antony Aslan Real Estate, Jazzbones’ extensive portfolio of standout work for estate agents made us the obvious choice for their branding and website requirements.

For the logo we wanted to create a sleek and contemporary identity and the preferred route was to use crossed keys in a circle, the keys referring to both keys to a house and the clients’ ability to unlock their future with the guidance of Antony Aslan.

The flexible icon positioning means it can be rolled out nicely across different media while the key reference can also be used in headers and straplines, for example, “Unlock your future with Antony Aslan”.

The primary colour palette for the branding is a classy black, grey, light grey and gold complemented nicely by a smart sans-serif typeface. Translated onto the website, with the addition of relevant icons, the whole feel is modern, streamlined and premium, while the For Sale boards are already attracting attention around Swindon.

As for Antony Aslan’s USP, their goal is to transform the buying and selling process for the better, and they will focus on three key areas, one, providing a uniquely personal service, two, providing clients with a constant stream of communication, and three, harnessing the power of the latest digital marketing tools.

The marriage of a forward-thinking estate agent with handsome contemporary branding should stand Antony Aslan in good stead as they seek to make an impact in a competitive market.

“It was a real pleasure working with the young entrepreneurs at Antony Aslan,” says Nathan Sandhu, Jazzbones founder and creative director, “they were full of energy and ideas and it was our job to translate that energy into a fabulous visual identity.”

“It is especially rewarding for our creative team to get involved with clients at this stage of their journey when nothing is set in stone. We can almost act as brand catalysts, ensuring that the first impact the client makes is a positive one, but also fit for purpose as their marketing rollout progresses.”
