In the two years since Jazzbones launched the property and lifestyle website Wigwam it has always been our plan to incorporate an advanced property feed into the site, with the eventual aim of becoming the go-to portal for people searching for properties in Swindon and the surrounding areas.
Clearly we are never going to compete with the likes of Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket, but the idea is to create a user-friendly option for people looking to buy or rent in Swindon embedded within a website dedicated to the local property market, a kind of one-stop shop for Swindon property.
Now the property search feature on Wigwam adds to the comprehensive property information on the site, with new articles added every day on local developments, expert opinion from industry insiders, tips for first-time buyers, interior design guides, legal updates, mortgages and savings, as well as a business directory and all the lifestyle features.

Our advanced property search feed is now drawing data from two leading estate agents, Swindon-based Home Finders and Cotswolds market leaders Perry Bishop. Like many estate agents, Home Finders and Perry Bishop use Reapit, but we can also integrate properties from other real estate API like Vebra.
“We believe we are offering a cost-effective way for estate agents to market their properties to a very targeted audience,” says Jazzbones co-founder and Wigwam publisher Nathan Sandhu.
“It is a way of offering extra value to our platform sponsors like Home Finders and moving forward we plan to incorporate properties onto the site from more and more estate agents.”
Publishing a property and lifestyle website and magazine like Wigwam was a Jazzbones aspiration for years, born of our extensive branding and design work for dozens of companies in the property sector, from estate agents to developers and interior designers.
Over the last few months alone we have been working with a number of Swindon estate agents on everything from branding to websites, digital comms, advertising and direct marketing.
If you are an estate agent and would like to integrate your properties into Wigwam’s property search, we would love to hear from you.
