Jazzbones video animates Arval promotional campaign.

Founded in 1989 and fully owned by BNP Paribas, Arval specialises in full-service vehicle leasing. Arval offers its customers – large international corporates, SMEs and professionals – tailored solutions that optimise their employees' mobility and outsource the risks associated with fleet management. In recent years, Jazzbones has worked extensively with Arval and its sub-brands on marketing campaigns for its different fuel cards, in particular Allstar. Our latest brief was to create an animated video promoting diverse Arval services and benefits - Mid-term rentals (1-24 months), Downtime Management, Arval Maintenance, Total Care Insurance Packages, Fuel Management, and Short-Term Rentals.


Unlike previous Jazzbones/Arval collaborations where we created the images from scratch, this time we were given existing booklets to work with, so the task was to bring existing assets to life. After extracting the icons and graphics from the artwork brochure files, we animated each individual icon and text layer to bring them to life.

As it was a very tight turnaround, we skipped storyboarding and started animating straight away. After an initial sample was approved by the client, we were able to complete the rest of the video on time and on budget. The final 5-minute video was used on Arval’s stand at the NEC commercial vehicle show and is an asset that can now be rolled out in various marketing contexts.
