The Wigwam magazine – like its namesake website - is very much Made in Jazzbones. A bit of history. Having worked with a number of estate agents and other clients in the property sector we spotted a gap in the market for a website and magazine that acted as a forum for all things property-related in the Swindon area.
Launched in April 2020, a month after the website, the response to the magazine has been hugely positive, which makes everybody at the Jazzbones studio extremely proud given that we publish it, design it, edit it, write it, promote it, distribute it and photograph for it. In fact, we do everything except print it!

Highlights of the 80-page, seventh edition are a Talking Homes feature with Sue Gidney, managing director of Swindon lettings agency Home Finders and an interview with recently launched interior designers Studio 64. We’ve also got Renata Lovat Short from Clark Holt solicitors on Swindon as a town on the up and the latest musings from our fab trio of in-house columnists Juliette Wills, Sarah Baker and the Magical Mummy.
Naturally, the Wigwam magazine is a platform for our sponsors and the latest edition also includes expert opinion pieces from Iain Mason from Optimum Professional Services, James Relph from Prospero Finance, Carol Dawe from Awdry Bailey & Douglas Solicitors, Bradley Quesnel from Austen Dawson and Dominic Threlfall from Pebley Beach, not to mention a host of featured properties from Perry Bishop estate agents.
Of course, the magazine also acts as a calling card for wigwampropertynews.co.uk. The Jazzbones designed website features new content every day as it covers all the property and lifestyle news from Swindon and our expanding catchment area – as well as more lifestyle news, we are now featuring property news from the Cotswolds, Marlborough, Chippenham, etc.
If you have any property news to share, we would love to hear from you, and if your business is property or lifestyle related, why not get in touch about one of our great sponsorship packages?
Finally, if your company needs ace designers for print, whether it’s catalogues, brochures, books, posters or packaging, please consider the Wigwam magazine as our CV!
