If there is one area where Jazzbones has a proven track record of excellence it is in the property sector, and we continue to work extensively with estate agents in the Swindon area, not to mention publishing a property website and magazine wigwampropertynews.co.uk.
Alan Hawkins is a well-known estate agent, based in Royal Wootton Bassett near Swindon. Our latest project with this family company was to create a standalone brand identity for Mermaid Court, a unique development of seven luxury homes in Christian Malford, a picturesque Wiltshire village mentioned in the Domesday book.
The brief included logo design and brand identity, site hoardings, sales brochures, website assets, social media and advertising.
The colour palette of deep blue and aqua blue mixed with earthy stones give the branding a contemporary feel and a nod to the aquatic name of the Grade 2 listed pub that was originally on the site.
Alan Hawkins is celebrating 25 years helping people in Royal Wootton Bassett, Swindon and surrounding villages to buy and sell homes. With high-end developments like Mermaid Court, and with a little creative help from Jazzbones, another 25 successful years is on the cards.
