Jazzbones has been working hard on creating a brand identity and marketing assets for the launch of Home Finders, a boutique lettings agency looking to create a space for itself in what is a crowded market in Swindon.

Home Finders believe that residential lettings and management is a people business. Yes, it is a property business, but first and foremost it is about people. To that end, the Jazzbones video team have been creating a series of videos that put Home Finder’s experienced team at the heart of what they do.

For the first video we interviewed managing director Sue Gidney at her handsome home in Swindon’s Old Town. Sue spoke to us about the Home Finders philosophy and why she had decided to go solo again after several years working under the umbrella of a well-known estate agent chain.

Next, we were charged with putting faces to names in a day-long location shoot at Home Finders’ plush new offices where we captured ‘Meet the Team’ video snapshots of the company’s award-winning team.

Last but not least, we filmed an interview with Director of Sales Susan Leeburn to coincide with the launch of Home Finders’ sales division. Susan has extensive experience in the property sector and was able to tell us all about her background and the Swindon market.

Like Sue Gidney’s video, the sales launch video combines the on-location interview with recognisable and eye-catching film of Swindon streets.
