Wiltshire Air Ambulance launches exclusive club with exclusive designs
As a registered charity Wiltshire Air Ambulance (WAA) relies on the generosity of its donors. Its slogan – ‘funded by you, flying for you’ – says it all. In fact, the cost of operating a dedicated air ambulance means WAA need to raise an eye-watering £3.25 million every year.
Given the competitive nature of the charity sector that’s a tough ask; so reaching out to corporate donors and high value benefactors with tailored communications is crucial. In this case, The Wiltshire Air Ambulance 100 Club has been launched as an exclusive club for businesses that donate £10,000 or more to the charity’s new airbase appeal.
If a fundraising appeal to business is to succeed it needs to tick two boxes. On the one hand, communications with corporate donors must be more personalised and high-end; on the other, it is essential to offer high value donors some form of bespoke experience, ideally ‘behind the scenes’.
Premium branding and high spec designs by Jazzbones tick the first box. Linking the 100 Club message to ‘the story’ of Wiltshire Air Ambulance’s new airbase home ticks the second one.
WAA has received outline planning permission for its new airbase near Melksham, from where its Bell 429 helicopter will reach any part of Wiltshire within 11 minutes. Project updates designed by Jazzbones will keep corporate donors engaged with the development of WAA’s new home, including tailored invitations for site visits designed to enhance donor engagement … and increase donations.
