Richard James Estate Agent's is an independent Swindon estate agency established in 1991. They specialise in selling quality homes in the Swindon and surrounding area.

They approached Jazzbones on the back of our extensive experience working with estate agents – developing brand identities, websites, marketing campaigns and more. 

Creating online impact

As part as an ongoing brand campaign for Richard James Estate Agents we designed and built an impactful and easy to manage website.

The Content Management System (CMS) gives them full control of their website’s elements, such as advanced property search, Vebra database, mobile friendly content, news and blogging tools, social integration, including:

• Custom Google Maps and Street View integration
• iPhone App branding
• Google Analytics and website measurement tools

The site is also packed full of useful information on property sales and lettings, local guides and property news. Importantly, it puts the customer first, making it easy for them to navigate and find great properties for sale or to let in the Swindon area.

It’s been a very successful collaboration. Through an integrated approach that included digital strategy, and website design and development, usage is on the up while keeping the bounce rate low. The site has proved to be a true growth tool for the business, helping them expand to four branches throughout Swindon in just a 12-month period.
